Registration Process
Clark County School District Requires online registration (OLD) for ALL students EVERY school year.
Proof of address will need to be provided in order to complete the registration process.
What Documentation is Needed?
- Students new to our school need to submit a copy of proof of address, child's Birth Certificate, Immunization records AND parent identification.
- Students returning to our school will need to submit a current utility bill when registering every school year.
Utility Bill
This includes one of the following:
- Mortages, rental statement
- Gas, Electric, or Water ONLY
Birth Certificate
- ONLY Required for new
students to CCSD
Parent Identification
- Drivers' License
- Passport
- or Official ID
Immunization Records
- Must be current on required
immunizations; this is only
required for new students to
CCSD and Kindergarten
Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Section 504 Plan
- If your child has the following
documents please provide this with
the registration enrollment

Once you have all the documents in order, please;
- Scan
- Take a photo with your cell phone or
- Fax to 702-799-4533
Once saved, fill out the Divich Registration Google
form and upload the documents when prompted.
Remember that the registration process is not complete until the required documents are submitted.

SHARED HOUSING
If the utilities are not in the parent/guardian's name,
contact the Shared Housing/Education Services

Zone variances are no longer implemented on school campuses.
If you do not live in Divich's zone you must enroll at your zoned school.
